What's the minimum order to open an account

25 units a year to start, most partners move that in under three months. Start at 35% margin, order at your own pace and scale to 45% as your volume grows.

How fast can you ship a first order

7 - 14 days from when you place the order. We hold inventory in Miami, Montgomery TX, Jacksonville, and Newark NJ.

Who handles warranty claims

We do. Your customer contacts us directly , you're never in the middle of it. Rarely an issue anyway; we build the highest quality greenhouses on the market. 5–12 year coverage depending on the collection, with lifetime warranty available on the Polycarbonate line.

How do returns work

Damaged-on-arrival units are replaced free.

Can I get exclusivity in my territory
